Gruntovka 9-20 september 2010 GOLDEN POT Petr Maslov Curator - Bogdan Mamonov   BSM Studio Studio First Established in 2004, now re-located to its new base Proekt Fabrika in the east side of Moscow center. The concept from the start was to keep it, selective, minimalist, and multi-facet. Which transformed into a hallmark of art, exhibition, photography, music and parties. This 230 sqm space is white, mono-color resembling a gallery with 6meter high ceilings making it ideal for photo and video projects unlike other commercial studios in the center. Photographers + Production BSM is a photography & film agency representing hi caliber photographers from USA, Europe and Russia. It has its own in-house production services. To Produce and facilitate photo and videos for advertising, publications, TV commercials, music videos, short films and exhibitions. Exhibitions 1. Moskva RAW: Aug. - Sept. 2008 / Moscow Museum of Modern Art Ja’bagh Kaghado at the age of 27 is the youngest artist to be commissioned a major solo exhibition at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art. «MOSKVA RAW» the exhibition, curated and produced by ZAK & Ja’bagh Kaghado is dedicated to the city of Moscow and its youth. Like the art book which enjoys the same title, the whole project was inspired by the trend setting and infamous BSM loft parties at Arma Zavod, which led to «New Wave Fridays» and «Idle Conversation» on Friday nights, which he along with his comrades produced. The exhibition incorporate 60 medium and large size prints on photo paper and canvas creating a sophisticated feel of portraits of Moscow’s new generation who are portrayed as heroes and icons of the city. Utilizing his large format camera all images were shot on film and Polaroid with no digital retouching. The exhibitions also includes his installation «transformers» and his short film «fragments». 2. "The Obsession of..."
