Gruntovka 9-20 september 2010 GOLDEN POT Petr Maslov Curator - Bogdan Mamonov   20 july -15 august 2009 Machine and Natasha The project by young artists Arseny Zhilyaev, Nadezhda Buseneva, Anna Titova, Valentin Tkach, Stas Shuripa, Mikhail Lylov The idea of this project came up with the fact that one of th factory's facilities - Priming machine Jylhavaara ( Mashine)- was meant to be deconstructed in order to use the space as one more exhibition hall of our center, aimed to present young art. The exhibition enlightens the epoch of industrialization in USSR through the stories told by Natalya Alekseeva ( Natasha), who started her work at the factory at the same time when the machine was installed (1987) and worked on it till recent time. Most of the artists- participants of the project are the same age with the machine, and now they were aimed to research the process of disappearing of the machine and appearing their art at the same space instead.
